Really Going Downhill
I used to bank here over 5 years ago and this bank has really lost their focus. They don't seem to care about the customers and it seems like things take forever to get done there. Their rates are not impressive at all and I wonder why so many people still bank there. I guess it is too much of a hassle to change banks for some people.
