Heritage Bank of Florida is a Florida-chartered, commercial bank headquartered in the unincorporated area of Lutz/Land O'Lakes, Pasco County, Florida. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation insures our deposits. We are an independent community bank which commenced full-service banking activities in August 1999. The Bank's primary service area includes central Pasco and north and central Hillsborough Counties.
