• These rates are available only when reserving your account through La Jolla Bank's Web site
• This is an interest bearing checking account that can be opened with a deposit as low as $100, and there's no limit to the number of checks you can write each month
• There is no minimum balance fee as long as the balance stays at $250 or more each day throughout the statement cycle
• The minimum balance fee is waived for accounts with direct deposit
• This account is non-transferable. We reserve the right to require 7 days advance notice for any withdrawal
• A minimum balance fee of $5 per month will be imposed if the balance of the account falls below $250 any day of the cycle period
• $5 fee waived for all accounts with direct deposit

Premiere Checking

• This is a high-interest checking account that can be opened with a deposit of $1,000, and there's no limit to the number of checks you can write each month
• There is also no minimum balance requirement
• You must maintain the required minimum balance of $.01 in the account each day to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield
