Alta Vista Credit Union

To become a member of Alta Vista, you simply need to meet one of the following eligibility requirements:

• Live, regularly work or worship in the Counties of San Bernardino, California or Riverside, California.
• Be associated with the former Norton Air Force Base (retiree, civil service, Department of Defense, etc.) or any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces or Reserves
• Be employed at one of our many Select Employer Groups (SEGs)
• Be an immediate family member or relative of a current member
• Be an immediate family member or relative of someone who fits any of the above criteria

Founded in 1943, Alta Vista Credit Union originally served military personnel of the Norton Air Force Base and their immediate families. Alta Vista Credit Union obtained a community charter in the 1990s, following the base closure, allowing anyone who lives, works, or worships in San Bernardino County an opportunity to join a credit union.

These days, in addition to serving the needs of those in San Bernardino County, residents and employees in Riverside County and those currently employed by one of our many Select Employee Groups (SEGs) are also eligible for membership.
