To become a member of American Partners Federal Credit Union you must:

• Be a member of select employee groups
• Or live work or worship in Reidsville or Eden
• Or join through the Rockingham County Historical Society

American Partners Federal Credit Union was originated in 1975 to serve employees of the American Tobacco Company.  In 1995, a merger occurred to include Sears Piedmont Employees FCU, resulting in a full service financial institution.

APFCU offers a wide variety of products and services to meet the needs of all of our Members, no matter what their financial situation.  The credit union philosophy of "People Helping People" is not just a statement - it is our way of life!

When you become a Member of APFCU, you too will experience the "unique difference" between credit unions and other financial institutions.  Our Members enjoy many benefits, from higher rates on savings accounts to lower rates on loans.  We also offer special services such as Financial Counseling and provide specialized products such as our Christmas Club Accounts.

Although we have been fortunate to see our Membership grow over the years, we have never forgotten how we came to be or why we are here.  Our sole purpose is to serve our Members and their families by offering only the Best in quality service.
