Residents of Gold River, California, and employees who work in the Gold River community.

Employees of Safeway (including Pak ’n Save) who live or work in the following California Counties are eligible to join Big Valley FCU.

Alpine, Amador, Butte, Calaveras, Colusa, El Dorado, Fresno, Glenn, Inyo, Kings, Lassen, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, Modoc, Mono, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Shasta, Sierra, Siskiyou, Solano (except for the cities of Benicia and Vallejo), Stanislaus, Sutter, Tehama, Tulare, Tuolumne, Yolo, and Yuba Counties.
