- Anyone residing in zip codes 80012 and 80017 (Aurora)
- Anyone residing in zip codes 80216, 80207, and 80220 (Stapleton)
- Anyone age 55 or better living in the Denver Metro area
- Eagle Legacy employees and their families
- Employees of approved business partners (call to see if you qualify)
- Employees of restaurants belonging to Colorado Restaurants Association (CRA)
- Anyone that is a member of Consumer’s United Association (CUA)
