About Four Seasons Federal Credit Union
In October 1964, seven employees of the U.S. Rubber Company signed the charter for what was then known as Opelika Rubberworkers Federal Credit Union. In 1974, our name changed to Opelika Royal Federal Credit Union, and the credit union grew slowly in its early years reaching $1 million in assets in 1977.
In 1987, we became Royal Federal Credit Union, and the NCUA granted Royal Federal Credit Union a designation in October of 2000, allowing the credit union to accept members who live, work, worship, or attend school in Lee County. In 2007 we became Four Seasons Federal Credit Union. Today we have reached over $50 million in assets and stand 11,100+ members strong, and growing!
