Membership in Priority One is open to the following

• Los Angeles County postal employees
• Riverside and San Bernardino Counties postal employees
• Members of the Riverside Republican Women Federation, including retired personnel of such.
• Everyone who lives or works in the Santa Clarita Valley, San Fernando Valley and those who live or work in many other communities to come.
• General Services Administration (GSA) (a Federal Government Agency) employees.
• Employees of St. Joseph Medical Center, Holy Cross Medical Center, Pac Foundries, Almansor Educational Services, Brotherhood Crusade, Temp Seal and St. Elizabeth Care Center
